  1. The sauce on the scallops was to die for!!! But I'm always skeptical when seafood is served with lots of sauce and seasoning. Great seafood only needs salt, a little herbs, and maybe some lemon/lime. The scallops tasted alright, but it's kind of a cheap way to plate .
